M&amp;M RecyclingM&amp;M Recycling is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Locust Grove team. This position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment used in our scrap metal operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and experienced working with large machinery in an industrial yard setting. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on Dumpsters and heavy equipment such as shredders, cranes, shear cranes, balers, and excavators</li><li>Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and structural components</li><li>Work safely and efficiently in outdoor and industrial environments</li><li>Communicate and coordinate repairs with maintenance and operations teams</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of welding and equipment repair experience, preferably in heavy industry or scrap metal</li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Strong understanding of safety practices and industrial repair standards</li></ul>Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 730am-5pm and Sat 8a-12p (and as needed when equipment is down after hours) Location: M&amp;M Recycling - Locust Grove, GA Why Join M&amp;M Recycling:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Stable, long-term employment with a privately owned, growing company</li><li>Opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment and a supportive team that values skill, safety, and reliability</li></ul>*M&amp;M Recycling completes pre-employment drug testing
