This is active, hands-on work where you are on your feet, moving materials, and working outdoors as part of a tight-knit crew.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">If you like physical work, want to stay busy, and care about doing the job right, this role gives you a chance to build a long-term career in a stable, growing industry.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"><br></p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Load and unload materials from trucks to keep operations moving safely and on schedule.</li><li>Sort metals such as copper, aluminum, and brass according to type and quality.</li><li>Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts (with training provided) to move and organize materials.</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in the yard and warehouse.</li><li>Jump in wherever needed to support your teammates and keep daily production on track.</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li>Within your first 30-60 days, you consistently show up on time, learn the daily routines, and can handle basic loading, unloading, and sorting tasks with minimal direction.</li><li>By 3-6 months, you safely and confidently use equipment such as pallet jacks and, if trained, forklifts, while meeting productivity expectations.</li><li>You follow all safety rules, keep your work area clean, and help maintain a safe environment for yourself and your team.</li><li>Your teammates and supervisors can rely on you to step in where needed, communicate clearly, and help keep materials flowing smoothly throughout the yard.</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>A strong work ethic and reliability -- you show up on time, ready to work every day.</li><li>Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced, outdoor environment and the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.</li><li>Ability to follow directions, stay focused, and work well as part of a team that depends on each other.</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from work; scrap or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul><h3>Compensation and Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Overtime opportunities available</li><li>Full-time, steady schedule with training and advancement opportunities.</li><li>Work hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p style="margin: 0px;">If you are ready to work hard, be part of a solid team, and build a future with a stable company, apply today to join M&amp;M Recycling as a General Laborer.
